I rented a storage unit for a couple days using the first month promotion. I booked online and checked in in-person, and the service was friendly and efficient. I was also able to purchase a lock at the office, very convenient! Bonus for the lovely cat, Puma. Thank you!
Rented the storage for a over a year. Isabelle the property manager is very personable. Price is reasonable. Edit: Over 4.5 years later, we have offically moved out. Staff here is always friendly. Highly recommended.
Great service by the lovely staff in office. They were so nice especially the girl with the pony tail. She was so much help. I’d recommend this location. Good people. !
Amazing service from the girls at this public storage spot in New West. The one lovely girl with a pony tail didn’t get her name. She couldn’t have been nicer. I was downsizing lockers & it was hot and hard work. She made it easier with her smile and professional way. I loved Puma as well. Please consider getting 2 cats on each side so they are not lonely. Thanks again.
