I came in to Stella location to ask about pricing and the different locker sizes . There is only one lady working, Danielle ,but she is amazing. She was pretty busy as there was already several people in the office, and the phone just kept ringing but she never got flustered or overwhelmed. Her customer service skills are phenomenal.. We have never rented a storage locker before and very new to the process. She explained everything and never got upset that we are so indecisive.
