Alyssa offered amazing customer service. I went there to talk to someone because I have never used public storage before. Alyssa was very sweet and friendly. She let me view the unit and happily answered all of my questions. She also explained the security procedures, which I appreciated. I hope the rental experience is as satisfactory as her customer service was!
Alyssa was hands down the most lovely and courteous team member I’ve ever encountered at Public Storage. She assisted me quickly and efficiently when I was in a rush, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help! Side Note: This is a fantastic facility, great building, very secure!
