Made an appointment online to see the units, was called by someone to confirm apt, and then was sent 3 reminder emails for said apt. Showed up 30 minutes early for the apt and waited 45 minutes, with the door being locked and no one there despite being within business hours. They lost my business and have no customer service, so I would recommend renting a unit from a competitor as public storage seems to not want to have new clients.
This place is a scam. After just 5 months of renting, they jacked up my rent by 40%—with zero justification. What’s next, a 60% hike by the end of the year? Don’t be fooled by the glowing 5-star reviews at the top—scroll down and you'll see the truth: multiple complaints about break-ins, poor security, and management doing nothing about it. I'm moving my stuff out before they break into mine too. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.
I’ve stored my belongings here for about 2 years and have had 3 storages at one point, over the weekend I moved out and it was bittersweet. The staff here have been so excellent. There is one I forgot her name she has a short hair cut and an animal lover she’s been there throughout my time storing my items she was amazing.
