Very misleading. They advertise that there is no obligation to reserve a unit, then if you cancel the reservation they still charge the "admin fee." While I'm sure this disclosure is buried in there somewhere, I can't help but feel like this is a complete rip-off. I wouldn't have even reserved a unit if they would just be transparent about the available unit numbers / locations. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this storage facility. Customer service was nonexistent. Whenever we raised concerns, we were met with scripted responses like, “I understand. Is that a statement or a question?” instead of anyone genuinely trying to resolve the issue. It felt like they were trained to avoid accountability rather than help customers. Horrible experience. I would not recommend this storage facility. After we moved out of our unit, we clearly informed management that we had vacated. Despite that conversation, they continued charging us as if we were still renting the unit. Instead of taking responsibility for the miscommunication, they refused to acknowledge what was discussed and offered no real resolution. To make matters worse, they have an employee whose job seems to be finding ways to defend the company rather than helping customers. Customer service ... read more
