While these facilities are brand new and nice be aware. Climate control does NOT mean your belonging are kept in a comfort and safe temperature. 85 degrees is not acceptable for pictures, wood furniture, etc. from warping and free of moisture. I’m glad I did my homework and drove to four facilities and located a TRUE climate safe facility that’s keeps temp at 72-74. Had to drive 20 mins further but if my things are saved from moisture it is totally worth it.
