Love the service
I appreciate James Page very much. He’s very helpful throughout the process. I wish there are more like James. He’s from Riverfall but I wish he’d be transferred to Wylie.
I have never needed to use any storage facility in my life. I came across this location due to being close to where I am moving. This facility is extremely clean and very well taken care. But the best thing about this location is Haley. She went above and beyond to help me by returning multiple phone calls, answering all of my questions and helping me with the app. She has the best skill set and personality and treats the customer so great.
Marcus helped us out and was very helpful. Showed us where to park and load up. Everyone needs a Marcus on their team!
