The best storage facility we have ever used! We always felt safe, indoors, temperate climate, clean, loved the app! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to keep their storage in an exemplary facility.
Bait and switch. Warning you now…they pass along price increases every 2 months. Started out at $140 went to $160, then $180 and now $193 in 6 months. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better business bureau and Texas Attorney General office for Deceptive business practices. I’ve called and called you will never be able to reach a manager or get a return phone call back! Avoid this storage place at all cost! See screenshot of payments.

UPDATE… Was told 3 times in a week that lights are fixed. Went to move out of my unit today and guess what?!?! They are absolutely NOT FIXED!!! Pictures to prove once again that I’m not a liar. I’m not even a rude person. I’m just sick of the way this place runs business and treats customers. MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!!! FIX YOUR LIGHTS!!!! QUIT BLAMING EACH OTHER!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!! There are many storage places in this area. GO SUPPORT THEM!! Been a customer for 3+ years. Actually have 2 units. So I can say I was a happy customer minus 1 ongoing issue with this facility for multiple months. I have called, put in work orders, complained. It gets you no where. On site managers are never on site. Managers tell you one thing and then another manager tells another thing. I have been given multiple numbers to call and it's always the same thing.... read more
