I've received great service @ ExtraSpaceStorage Sugar Hill. Service desk manager has always been very helpful and friendly. Space is always clean and climate control always working.
We are very satisfied with our experience at Extra Space Storage. It is so nice to be able to speak and interact with a real human and not a video screen or messaging service! Darryl was awesome - a real "keeper".
After an abrupt company change as a tenant I thought the transition would be difficult. Darryl did not let my fears come true. Darryl had answers to most of my questions and was able to resolve any problems. He is very friendly and stays on top of the security .
Friendly staff, easy process, and no questions left to ask after some very professional customer service. What more can you ask for? The storage is well ventilated and clean for a worry-free experience!
