Almost knocked a star off due to the national answering service gate keepers. The website timed out and then told me that the unit wasn’t available. Went to the location. National checked that the manager was available. Once we connected with Tammy, she made everything easy and good. Confirmed the hold was still good. Showed us the unit and toured the building. When I think of Public Storage, only one person comes to mind and that’s Tammy Lilly. She has went above and beyond to help me from the moment I stepped into the establishment. I can’t say enough about her kindness and sympathy. I wish I could give 7 stars because moving is a very stressful thing and she helped take the edge off. Once again, thank you Tammy!
