Update: Feb.2026 After making numerous calls for a full 2 weeks someone finally got back to me and is going to look into the footage and see whom was trying to break into my unit, etc. But in the meantime I have not been in this Unit for barely 6months and already my Rental price has increased ontop of the issue of safety and someone breaking in... omg... not good business at all. So I go to my unit by chance and notice that my unit lock has been tampered with and looks like someone was trying to break in and the metal latch that my lock was on was snapped in half, the metal itself... a BIG RED FLAG...they just have anyone on the premises walking the place when the gates are wide open, nevermind insurance. I have had a unit this facility for 12+ years. I was here before public storage took over. When I started renting here my unit cost 135 dollars a month. Since public storage took over they started to increase the rent every year by 20-40 a month. I was ok with that, I know prices rise over time. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying I was getting a rate hike of 100 dollars and it was at the 6 month mark instead of the year mark. At this time it would bring my monthly rent to 460 dollars which is insane for any size unit... read more
