Terrible experience! The facility flooded, they say its my responsibility to pay for a transfer unit and pay for movers to move my stuff. 1000s of dollars worth of stuff affected and if I move out of the unit my insurance is immediately cancelled for that unit. The girl just smiles with a smirk, uncaring, no empathy or sympathy. This particular storage facility won't take any responsibility for anything. Treated me like I did not matter.
6 months after opening a 10x20 unit, my rent was raised 25% with nothing more than an email to notify me. If youre going to deploy and expect a consistent price for your full deployment, find somewhere else.
Easy to get and only took minutes. Very satisfied.
The staff has been quite accommodating.
