What I like most about the public Storage facility on Maryland Parkway, at the Boulevard Mall, is the service. All of the employees are VERY courteous, attentive, and always ready to help out. In particular, I HAVE to mention Joy. She was EXTREMELY helpful, she communicated with me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. She caused me to feel happy, as well as secure, with ANYTHING that I needed. Now THERE is a lady who knows a thing or two about customer service, AND satisfaction.

Marina was the best
Stopped in to look at property and different size units with prices, and Marina was very helpful and professional. She listened to all my needs and concerns and made me feel confident my belongings would be safe and secure at this facility. When I am ready to rent a unit this will be my first and only stop
