Literally the worst experience I've ever had with public storage. The on-site manager was very rude. I'm not pleased with the experience at all.
Danni is amazing She went above and beyond to help me get my storage set up and also checked on my unit to make sure it was locked while I was in the hospital. This location is clean , they offer you cold waters while your unloading your stuff She even swept out my unit cause the previous owner left trash inside. Best customer service I jave ever received. Dani or Danni (not 100 on the spelling) deserves a raise! I am now recommending this storage site to all my friends! Amazing!
Im giving 5 stars to CAROL the property manager at the Arville location. She genuinely cared to help me and always return to my calls. She gives extreme care to the property. I'm very appreciative of her courtesy, professionalism, and attentiveness. Thank you for your service, Carol!
