When is the office open? I was there from 1pm to 4pm and want and to talk with anyone. Phone never gets answered either
My assessment of this facility is exceptionally negative, warranting a score of -5. This is due to a consistent lack of on-site personnel, the presence of homeless individuals within the hallways and rummaging through outdoor refuse, leading to unsanitary conditions. It was a bit of a rough start with the online set-up, but once I went onsite Joyce was able to help me and was so kind and patient. Thank you Joyce for your support, Public Storage is lucky to have you.
I just rented a space from this location and I had a great experience. I had no idea what size unit I needed and Joyce and Dominique took care of me so well. They showed me multiple units and different sizes to make sure it met my needs. Thank you guys so much for being so pleasant and patient. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for excellent service. Definitely rating 5 stars.
James was hella supportive and understanding w my situation and was able to get me my unit w the little time I had left. The app and website was a bit buggy (proly on my part) but he guided me through the whole process. Super chill and supportive guy despite me coming in at closing time lolol. \m/
