Freya was superb, friendly service 5 star
At not fault at the facility itself and its staff members, who are helpful and courteous. But the company and the raising of the rates is ridiculous. If i knew i would be paying a 100 more after a year i wouldn't have rented it. But im in there and have no choice to pay these ridiculous rent increases. The last one came with only a months notice.

EVERYONE at public Storage is always helpful and accommodating when possible. Of course issues may arrive from time to time, but the staff is always on it to try to rectify any problems that may have occurred outside of their control. Thanks James, Joyce and Marco! You make my storage experience easy.
