Talk about service! James went above and beyond what anyone could hope to experience. We were literally on our way out of state on a tight business deadline when we learned we had to move our vehicle to a new location before leaving town. Thank goodness James was working! We made it into his office 5 minutes before closing so he was technically still open. James was very informative and helpful with setting us up a unit at a reasonable rate.
I came in ask about my rate and both Chianti and Sherri put in a request for a rate reduction for 3 months and it was approved. They really helped me out. Please come see them for all your storage needs.
