Pedro was Great and very transparent. Answered all our questions which convinced us to conduct business with Public Storage.
Came in to this location because I wasn’t sure what size would fit my things, so ALEX was there to show me the units I was interested in, but also answered all of my many questions. Heather at the 10126 Potranco location is Amazing!!! She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and uplifting. After verifying who I was (as she should), she was a huge help to me today. I came in panicked (right before closing) because I got a new phone, lost all my info, and lost my key to my unit. I left empowered and encouraged...and later found my key. Thank you Heather and Public Storage for hiring her.
