Megan at public storage was a great help getting me the right the right size of unit and getting me all set up to move in. Great price, place is clean, couldn't ask for a better storage facility imo.
I’m renting 3 units and would highly recommend the Public Storage facility at 3310 Northpark Dr., Kingwood, TX 77345. The manager there is Gladys, and she does a great job running the place. She is a real asset to the Public Storage management team. If I ever have an issue or problem, I get a fast response and follow-through from Gladys. She is constantly driving through the facility to check on security and safety. Gladys was amazing! Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It seems rare nowadays to find someone with such positive energy at work. Gladys is a gem of an employee and I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with her
From same-day move in, to moving out, this was a easy and affordable solution to storing my stuff. Gladys was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She made this process much easier, I definitely reccomend using this location!
