I have not used this business for storage, but my sister did since 2001. When my sister died unexpectedly, both Gladys and Kierstin were extremely helpful resolving some issues. They both were patient and compassionate helping me to make decisions. Many people these days would not take the time they did.
I’ve been renting at Public Storage for a few years now. Gladys, the property manager at the site, is so nice and helpful. Every experience I’ve had with her has been positive. She knows what she’s doing. Another nice thing about the site is that every unit is easy to access. I just drive up and unload boxes directly into my unit, unlike larger facilities where you have to wait for a cart or elevator on each visit.
