Revised: After a year of storing our furniture and household items here, we are forced to remove them all due to RATS. Apparently another tenant stored food in an adjacent unit and rats got into everyone’s units. All of our furniture was wrapped in plastic and in high quality boxes so very few things were ruined but no compensation was offered as the storage agreement states that pests and subsequent damage are not their responsibility.
