Congratulations Public Storage, I have never felt the need to post a negative complaint until now. I moved out of my space on the 5th of this month expecting a prorated amount but Public storage believes it is ethical to charge me for 25 days that I will not be using the space while renting it to another customer. This does not sit well with me, Extra Space Storage prorates because they are an ethical company. I’ll use them from now on even if I need to drive a few extra miles.
