A+.. I’ve had climate control unit for over a year. I accidentally did not correctly lock my unit so received a call from this location, letting me know, so I could return and lock unit correctly. Kaethe is also very helpful and informative with my questions.
Day 15 since our unit flooded and we have yet to be contacted by the insurance company. Nobody will return phone calls or give us any answers. We lost everything and they could care less. We paid insurance every single month and now that it’s time to use it they are silent. I will not be silent about this. I am very upset and will be going higher and higher until I get the results we deserve!!!
