Newer storage with nice staff, but bad handling on corp promotion. Once promotion period pass, price increase monthly without advance notice. Move out after staying for 3 months. If you have tons of stuff, find other location with rate which can be stable for 6 months before increase.

I can’t say enough about the customer service at this location. I came back today to rent another 10x20 unit and was helped by two more amazing ladies, Niecy and Sandy. Public Storage truly outshines the competition
I had a great experience working with Sandra at Public Storage. The entire process was fast, efficient, and completely painless. She made everything easy to understand and took the time to show me different unit options, which I really appreciated. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and looked very new. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
