Christy at Public Storage off of FM 718, Haslet (Fort Worth) was very kind and quick to follow-up with me to make sure my experience was great and that I understood how the process worked. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. It’s nice to see great customer service like that still exists. My experience at Public Storage has always been great and never had any issues.
