Elevators are always out of order. There are never enough carts. Access is very inconvenient. For an overpriced convenience, it is very inconvenient.
This is the worst storage facility I've ever seen. It's difficult getting in. The function of the code to open the elevator is time consuming. The elevators don't work properly. They never have a cart available.
Juanita is very professional, she was very helpful, she took her time to help with the whole process.
