I rented a unit a bit over two years ago for $250 a month. After a year, they increased it to $350 a month. Then after the second year, they increased it to $450 a month. Almost doubling the rent in just two years is absurd. The elevator would break and it would be weeks before it was fixed and the automatic doors have been wide open, for the last month or two, severely weakening security. Facility currently has broken entry doors. Property manager is fully unresponsive. Poor service. Ill gigr a srsr because once you get past the broken doors the interior is clean and climate controlled
