The manager V at this location has been helpful with my move.
VINSENTYE was very friendly and the property was extremely clean and this property is handicap accessible. Cleanest facility I have seen and V answered all my questions.
It does not appear to be manned facility. After the last snow storm the parking lot was dangerous and unusable. The last one I used had someone there during office hours and they kept the parking lot clear and safe. I expected better than what I experienced here.
No one ever returns messages. Initial price was $113.40 because it was online, then went to $162.00 and now to $213.00???
No one answers the phone. Leave a message and no one calls you back. It snowed nearly a week ago and the parking lot is a sheet of ice. We are having more snow in a few days and the temperature will not go above freezing for a couple of days after. How am I going to move into the storage unit when the the parking lot is a sheet of ice.
