I was sent a notice that I " moved out " of my unit and owed a huge balance that needed to be paid. I was not even 30 days behind on my rental I gave a partial payment. When I call I am told that my things were auctioned off the day before and to contact the property management to pick up the rest of my belongings. Per the rental agreement I was to be notified before this happened so that I would have time to settle any debt before these steps are taken.
