I LOVE MY STORAGE FACILITY! It is clean and the staff is super friendly. I’ve rented at this location numerous times throughout my years living in SH. Every single time I’ve rented it has always been a pleasant experience. Yes rent increases happen but prices change everywhere. One thing that doesn’t change is the great customer service I’ve received over the years from all employees. Thank you for your great service you all provide
Started paying $129 plus tax per month for a storage unit, and what do you know, Public Storage jacked up the price after a couple months to $245 per month. Deceptive, greedy practices. Also, the storage facility is in disrepair, with a bent gate and hanging wires. Never again will we be customers.
Had to cancel the unit and I didn't get all my money back and it seems like it's Gunna be a hassle making sure it's cancelled.i hafta call the 800 # and go over it with them
