Kristen was extremely helpful. She’s was very patient and kind, explained everything in detail, and fixed my reservation. I let her know this is my first time considering a storage unit rental and she walked me through the process and was overall really knowledgeable. 10/10 service, she needs a raise!!! Shellie was very helpful and informative. Move in was really easy, layout is pretty typical of other storage units. They had a memorial day sale going on so that was nice. I did not give 5 stars because they do not have moving carts like other locations so that was a bummer but overall good.
