My experience with this facility has not been the greatest. My unit is on the 3rd floor every time I try to move large items the elevator somehow and always goes down. You can never talk to the staff or get them on the phone during business hours. I just want to say thank you for reaching out and addressing the issue. My recommendation is updating the elevator before a major incident occurs only a matter of time before it happens
No carts to help you move your things . No representative to assist . Can’t get a person on the phone . I should have looked into other storage .
My experience at public storage wasn't good at all first I was charged for a lock when I had ny own lock & then I moved in may 18th and paid $116 & then charged again June 2nd for another month I moved out June 3rd and now im being charged another $75 for cleaning when I didnt leave anything in the storage and also they gave me a unit on the third floor inside the building worst place to rent from for only 2 weeks
