I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Woody. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to meet someone who takes that much pride in their work and makes sure customers are taken care of. Employees like him make a real difference. Public Storage should recognize him — he’s a huge asset to the location.
Woody at Public Storage is absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to help me, answered every question clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You don’t come across many people who genuinely care about helping customers the way he does. Public Storage is lucky to have him — that guy deserves a raise. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
