I made a reservation online and told the person on the phone that I do not need a lock. I got to the unmanned location and tried to complete my reservation and they still tried charging me for the lock. I was already irritated with the ridiculous fees, but I am not letting you just sell me a bill of goods. I can't even find a link to cancel, so I will just register your emails as spam and block your number.
