I would highly recommend this location. Natalie , the property manager was friendly and professional . She really keeps the property clean and secure. The rental process was easy. I was able to access my space with no issues. The location is very convenient! I love how close it is to everything. I’ve had a really positive experience with Public Storage- Myrica Street!! Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. There were too many issues throughout the move, and the overall service fell below expectations.
There were several avoidable issues throughout the service. I believe stronger management and attention to detail are necessary.
The service quality was far below expectations. Delays, poor communication, and careless handling made this one of the worst experiences I have had.
