Use anyone but Public Storage. This was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Before move-in, I had someone visit the original unit to make sure everything was accessible when my movers arrived. When we got there, we had no access to the property. Despite them saying we can access it when we would like I called customer service and asked to be transferred to a location that actually offered 24/7 access. They transferred me to the Highway 55 location in Cary, assuring me it would solve the problem. After driving there, ... read more
