The storage units are clean, the gate access never had problems, and the staff in the in-site office was always friendly. But the rates increase every six months you are there, but this is not made clear AT ALL when you sign the lease, so if you need long-term storage, look elsewhere; after two years, the monthly cost for my unit had doubled from where it started, and I could no longer afford it, so I went through the labor and trouble of moving everything to another facility (and not Public Storage).
Mikey was super awesome, he was helping a customer when I walked in and helped me right after helping someone else. Great location and management !
