Lucy did a wonderful job helping us out, even when the desired unit sold out right from under us online. She got us a better unit and we had an amazing experience with her.
I was struggling to move a couch into my grandmothers unit for her and Tim came by to offer some help. He even brought us a cart from another building, I appreciate how helpful he was.
Booked a unit and was told it be ready within the hour with a lock. Arrived at the unit and was unable to get in, no lock available. I cancelled the next day and have been waiting for over a month for the property management team to call back and refund my money. Was told by customer service a full refund would occur, again, no response from property management.
