A huge thank you to Mashae for her extraordinary customer service & professionalism. She was very informative.
Mashae was very informative when it came to assisting my wife and I on renting a unit. She did not mind us the unit even though it was raining cats and dogs. I kept asking her "if she was sure" and she did not hesitate to take us on a tour of the property and the units. She was very polite and she took her time with us. She is ultimately the reason why we went ahead and rented with Public Storage. 5 STARS!!!!!
Very clean and really nice. Big units for low cost and if you are moving with the moving pods, the lot is big enough to have them dropped off so you can unload them into a unit. We paid on time each month and even when they raised prices by $50. We moved our stuff out of the unit and forgot to lock the unit that we still had 2 weeks left in the month that was paid for. this was Saturday till 4 pm. I get an email the following day at 10:30am saying I've moved out, my account is wiped and access to my paid for unit was removed... read more
