Horrible company. Constantly raising prices ridiculously high. Only been with the company for about a year and they have raised the price almost 100$ more then what we originally agreed on and they will not work with you I have never once paid the price we agreed on because as soon as my discounted promotional rate ended they raid the price. Do not waste your money with this company and store your stuff with literally anybody else. If you already have your stuff here get it out asap horrible company with horrible practices
The service at this location was absolutely perfect Latrice was very helpful and knowledgeable she really deserves a increase in salary
Awesome service I forgot the gentleman’s name that helped me it might’ve been James but he was great definitely deserves a raise
I came to grab some stuff from my unit for my business and this location is closed. The rental office is closed and there are no employees. The elevator is out of order, my access code didn’t work for access to the stairs and I went around the building to the side stairs and the door is closed as well. It’s currently 10:48am on a Thursday (12/18/25). I called customer service and they weren’t helpful.
