Janice at the Holcomb Bridge location is amazing and truly exemplified great customer service by helping me every step Of the way. She is patient ,kind and professional great response time and great communication-she’s a pleasure to work with.
This place is a scam.. they arbitrarily increase the rent every few months for no reason, I went from paying like $165 a month to $318 in less than a year of being there, I moved out about 10 days after making payment for upcoming month and they say it’s their policy to not give refunds? So they charged me $318 for 12 days?! Thieves! I recommend you go elsewhere for your storage needs
