I have had a great experience with Public Storage, and especially with James. He was awesome to work with from start to finish. His communication was clear, prompt, and really made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s not often you come across customer service like that…highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.
James was amazing, he helped and showed everything perfectly and a great smooth process for a college student like me who attends UNLV . + very close to the school
