After less than a year, they doubled my monthly payment without any notice. I called them and they decreases it a bit, but still more than 50% increase compared to my rate. They said this is their process, so be aware that rate you get is valid for 8-10 months, then they will increase it by 50-100%! they know it's hard for people to come and change storage i believe... not ethical at all!
Disappointed that only one bay is able to be opened. I’m a new renter and the only door that works is the far left one, while the other three doors are broken
It was very easy and pleasant. Nice energy Chelle was very positive and gave me options to choose regarding size in units.
Recently used extra space storage and Chelle Makanani were super friendly and helpful. Definitely gonna recommend for my friends to use this location.
