The women at this location are SO fantastic! They’re so helpful, whenever I have an issue, and always keep the place sparkling.
Tried to up my monthly by$45. When I told em I was gonna move stuff out, they offered $10 off of the $45. Lol, uh, no. Shady is shady and I don't patronize it. Horrible honestly
I asked for a unit that was temperature controlled. When we got to the facility in Petaluma CA, the unit had fluid stains on the flooring, it had a musty smell, and it was HOT. We never took ownership over the storage unit C190. I have called them several times with promises to have my money returned. It’s been 4 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my money.
