Patricia, was so helpful, I was having trouble with my gate code and she fixed it and even came to me at my unit I was having trouble lifting something and she helped me, she was very kind and energetic I hope she will be at the Petaluma location all the time.
Initially, when I called in, Mika was very helpful over the phone and made me want to lease a unit. I’ve been to several and they weren’t as thorough. When I got there the following day, Jason was Helpful in finding my unit And make sure it was good to go. It’s a nice secure facility and very clean. I highly recommend it.
Well, Jason helped me, when thieves broke off the sliding metal piece to my storage, they hardly stole anything and Jason installed a new slider to lock it all, all in like ten minutes, and the friendliness and professionalism was astounding and I would highly recommend P.S. in comparison to other companies because they are basically the best. There's insurance too and prices aren't gouged. Thanks.
We came to the office and spoke with Jason and Patricia. Both we knowledgable about the units. They showed us the size we thought we would need. Explained to us about climate control units vs non-climate controlled. They told us we could either sign up with them on online. We could choose the floor we wanted also. They told us about the app for you r phone and it is super easy to use. I highly recommend them!
