This is a fantastic place to store your belongings! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. They took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with my storage choice and offered a variety of options, including different insurance plans and storage room sizes. A special shout-out to Anna, Grace, Eric they were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to assist me. Since then I have upgraded my unit to a bigger one. Highly recommend!
Very friendly and efficient service. The facility is clean and the process to reserve a storage space is easy and clear. The long term specials make renting a storage space more affordable. I highly recommend renting from Public Storage.
The staff called quickly after I reserved a unit, and were thorough in describing the details of the lease. They answered questions fully, made sure I understood how to get to my unit, the light switch locations, lock info, parking, and gate hours. This is my first storage unit, and I put this errand off for weeks, but the staff allayed my worries.

Location is easy to access off the Gardiner. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, showing me multiple units to get a good idea of what size would work best. They also sell moving items, such as boxes at reasonable rates.
