My wife and I had a truly positive experience touring this storage facility. From the moment we arrived, Andrew made us feel welcomed and at ease. He took his time showing us the different storage options and patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. The facility itself is clean, well organized, and very well maintained. We left feeling confident and grateful for the experience. Highly recommend.
I had a very disappointing experience with Andrew. I was simply asking questions because I needed information, which is exactly why customers ask staff for assistance in the first place. Instead of being helpful, he seemed annoyed and frustrated every time I asked something. Throughout the interaction, he repeatedly looked at me as if I was stupid for asking basic questions.
