Friendly staff, explained how everything worked. Easy to get to and well maintained. Wish they had later then 10pm access, but besides that everything is good. Would use again
Had a $15000 + felony burglary happen at one of their locations. This included valuables and documents and personal photos. While yes, it didn’t happen at this location. I can confirm that company policy will not even allow you to view footage and only head office who you can’t even speak to reviews footage. They have BS policies about motion sensors and 24/7 monitoring but none of that is true. I wish I never used Public Storage and recommend people to look for independent businesses instead.
