Facilities are everything you could want; plenty of carts, each floor has maps by the elevators, clean units with 12’ ceilings instead of some other more expensive places with 8-10’ ceilings on the size of unit I was looking for. I showed up way too close to closing on the last day of the month and Ish thankfully stayed late to get me setup. Thanks boss, it would have ruined my plans if I couldn’t get into a unit that night
Purchased a storage unit from them. Informed them I would be back later in the day to place my things in the unit. When I came to put my belongings in the unit a lock was still on the door. Their customer service representatives were very kind, compassionate and helpful which is the only reason this review is getting a star. I called their customer service representatives several times so someone can come cut the lock for me.
