Not pleased at all
Worst customer service, last management was better Homeless people come in and out without a code, it looks like people even live there The agent was super rude, yelling at me for no reason and management did nothing and then there was a threat at the end like a retaliation What happened with good customer service !!!
I visited this Public Storage on July 7; Ish and Haroon were amazing! They were patient, very accommodating, and made the whole process of getting started and signing up super easy. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve. Highly recommend this location—thank you Ish and Haroon!
