Kunle was the Customer Service Agent who was very helpful and had explained in great detail also showed me the storage space making sure it was large enough for my personal items. He's extremely helpful and courteous and always smiling.
Once they close the lease they slowly ladder prices in a very aggressive manner until your bill is easily doubled. Frog in slowly boiling water. I was busy watching it happen, and didn't have time to move out. Felt taken advantage of. Absolutely disgusting business model.
The service from Kunle was amazing, clean property, the office is well organized. I would recommend anytime.
