Sony was very helpful, in every aspect of getting settled into my new located. Very courteous & informative
Sony was really helpful checking in and out was really smooth and quick, clean storage units and easy access
Sony had Great customer service helping with payments and decreasing my monthly rent and I don't even have a unit here at the facility .
I rented this unit last year in December for $200 a month. Over the next eight months my rate went up to $487 per month. I also found rodent droppings all over. The top of the unit had big gaps and I have mold growing all over my furniture. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Sony was wonderful and helpful. I appreciated her help & opinions.
