I'm telling everyone I can. This company gets you in the door with their $1 first month rent. The rate for your 2nd - 6th month will be what the contract stated but BEWARE!!! If you plan on housing your stuff beyond 6 months, they will raise your rent every 6 months, even if it is WAY above market rate. They just raised my 10'x15' unit to $309, their current rate is $187, and other storage facilities are about $150. I wish I would have sold my stuff instead of wasting my money on storing it.

I rent a 5x10 unit ( which is really a 4x9 unit) I have rented for four years. I first paid $32/month and it keeps going up and up. Now- next month they want to charge me $123.00/ month when I have complained before about the increases- they will keep the price the same for three months and then increase it. I have never been late on a payment, or rude. This is a lot of money for such a small space. It is a nice clean facility... But the price...
stopped in and talked to Sally about renting out a few lockers. She was awesome. Extremely helpful!
