Our condo didn’t have a storage locker so, this was a great place to keep our extra belongings. The staff were very helpful and helped us find the right size and suggested different promotions that helped us save our our rental costs.
Very convenient and secure. Excellent service. Affordable rent with a discount on the first month. And that's all I needed to move homes. There's a loading bay if it happens to be raining. And there's a back door that's even closer to some of the units if needed. Lots of parking.
Lovely people to deal with. We rented an outside parking spot for our trailer for the last couple of years. This week was our last with them; cancelling our rental was as easy as it was to sign up, much appreciated! The monthly rental fee was much more affordable than other locations in amd around Guelph. The lot is not currently paved, it is packed gravel. There are a lot of seemingly abandoned vehicles in some spots but otherwise their lot is well taken care of. Very friendly and knowledgeable No issues-great staff
I have had a storage locker with them for almost 10 years and they have always been very pleasant and professional... the manager Raquel is amazing, (if you have any issues, talk to her and they will simply vanish.)
