Great service from Gaoshei, we were able to easily switch from a larger unit to a smaller one.
Price increases every couple of months and for no reason, they hardly take care of the property it's always iced over, snow not cleared, etc. I could see the increases if they actually cared about the property and were investing that money into improvements but they are not.
Move in was super easy. The process was great and easy to understand.
The hours listed on online say they are open 6am-9pm M-F. I needed to talk to someone in the office but when I arrived at 12, the office was closed. I tried calling got transferred then stayed on hold for 25 minutes but customer service never answered. No office hours are listed in the door so I don't know when the office is open.
