1 star is generous. My unit is temp controlled, and they spray for bugs. If only I had the energy to type out the difficulties I've had with this company and specific location... First and foremost, they increase their rates by $30-60+ randomly, with a broken elevator nearly EVERY TIME since moving in my stuff over a year ago (my unit is on the completely opposite side of the working elevator).
