(5/5) I recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage in Morrisville, NC, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Melody was absolutely amazing—she was friendly, helpful, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, my storage needs and move went as smooth as a breeze! I’d strongly recommend this facility to any of my friends and family who need extra space. Three cheers to Melody for making it all so easy and seamless!
Melody did a phenomenal job helping my daughter move in to her space
I worked with Melody on a three-unit swap -- undoing a reservation I needed to cancel while moving from one unit to a larger one in the same facility at the same time. Sound complicated? It was, but Melody handled it while being both professional and delightful to be with through the entire thing. I would recommend her and this facility to anyone!
Melody is very helpful she is attentive and caring to all my needs. Definitely recommend storing with this public storage location
