the customer service rep Melody is really excellent
Great staff great location!
Never rent from this public storage especially if you pay online you will get an access code get there and it will not work at the gate nor will they at work with the access code you will call and wait for hours get rule customer service then they'll tell you you should have bought 24-hour access yes access is over at 9:00 but if I've been standing outside the gate for over an hour trying to use a code that doesn't work and call customer service you should let me in that's what good customer service is apparently this place ... read more
Melody at the front office is the best and was so helpful in getting everything squared away with my storage unit. She truly cares about her customers and will go above and beyond to make sure their needs are meet. I highly recommend renting from here, especially with Melody!
Melody helped with a spontaneous urgent issue that wasn’t even her problem or the property’s responsibility but had to do with the Public Storage franchise. She helped me book another property, close out an old property, did a full on registration for a unit that I could not find online. She did not just uphold her own property but also that of Public Storage Corporation. THIS is what integrity looks like, THIS is how a real manager works. Highly recommend working with Melody and any property she manages.
