I want to say Deenie was amazing in helping us get set up in our storage unit. We had a hard time trying to get things set up online, but she helped us out throughout the process. She showed the true aloha spirit in welcoming us there. If you ever need to find a storage unit with great customer service and someone who exemplifies the true aloha spirit, go see aunty Deenie!!!! She is the best!!!!
Deenie was such a beautiful person to meet and took us to see the unit under the weather getting wet and still with a smile on her face. She made us feel welcome in a process of moving things last minute which can be stressful. The Aloha in her , treating us like OHANA , very professional something that has been getting loss in customer service these days, this amazing woman still lives by it and we are beyond grateful.
