This place has gone downhill fast. I’ve been renting here for nearly 8 years, and the decline in quality over the past 2 years is unbelievable. They raised my rent by almost 80% just in this last year, yet basic maintenance is being completely ignored. See my payment history image. 7/2/2024 Rent was $184 by 6/2/2025 $329! Elevators are a constant issue—all three have been down at once, preventing access to my unit on the second floor. Anthony was great (rep on site). He walked to my unit to show me exactly where it was and then when I had issues with my lock he walked out again to help me. We extremely polite then entire time. And apologetic about the lock , even though it wasn’t his fault. My first experience using Public Storage and he made the experience better.
