EDITED: 5/29/2026 - I was able to get things resolved thanks to the help of Catherine & Zachery. They were very quick and friendly in getting my forms and locks in order. —————- I’ve been trying to get in contact with whoever is in charge to sign some paperwork in regard to missing keys for the past 3 days. I have dropped by multiple times on Tuesday when they initially called me to sign and yet no one was there! Left a voicemail yesterday & haven’t heard back. I’ve been trying to get in contact with whoever is in charge to sign some paperwork in regard to missing keys for the past 3 days. At this point I feel it quicker to higher my own locksmith. The location itself is nice & clean, and has quick access to 99. But trying to get in contact with anyone has been frustrating. I just want to get my things out
Public Storage , Has great customer service , and handles things with care specifically, Taylor i believe she the manager, she is very consistent, and on point, i appreciate her patience, and time.
Taylor was such a big help! She made my day just by being so helpful during a stressful move!!
