This is the second time in the same month that I went to my storage to move out things and ALL 3 Elevators were not working and no access to stairs. This is frustrating because I paid movers to help me and still had to pay them for their time. This is not acceptable especially when you are trying to move out of the unit but I’m sure the rent will be due on the 1st if I’m not moved out. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS ASAP. There was many others at the storage trying to get upstairs with nobody returning calls.
Kathryn was so helpful with me choosing the right unit . She was very kind and patient with all my questions She was very knowledgeable from start to finish in under half an hour. I highly recommend coming to see her for your storage needs !
The app for the gate access is finicky so that’s usually a big inconvenience. The price increases are ridiculous, I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a unit here as I see multiple reviews stating the same complaint I’m now having. So I will be in the process of finding a new storage unit that doesn’t partake in price hiking after 4 months.
