I stopped in with a friend of mine so he could pay his bill. We showed up a bit early so we were waiting in the parking lot. The guy who helped us saw we were outside and let us in early to help us out. He was very friendly, his name was josh

I have had my storage unit at Public Storage for 6 years now. The rate changes were beginning to take a toll, so I was thinking of finding another storage company. That all changed today! Taylor (new manager) called me this afternoon, because after 6 years of having this account and paying on time, this month's payment had slipped my mind.
