Great facility, super clean, well maintained, and has high security. Darlene the location manager is the hidden gem there she has a great personality and a life saver. She made sure the signup was smooth; even though i had a tech. issue on my end, she walked me through it on the call till we fixed it. And when I checked the unit later n found an issue, she came to the site on her day off and solved it on the spot. True definition of above n beyond, wish I could give more than 5 star.
Terrible experience at this location - we were unable to ever get in touch with anyone regarding our move out for further instructions or questions on the day of move out. The phone number listed initially for the Brownsburg location was disconnected, then was a number for a different location. Husband went to the kiosk twice the day of the move out with questions and was given a number that again, lead him no where. Been over a week and the keypad for the indoor facility is still offline. I've seen the door propped open which is both poor security and defeats the purpose of climate control. Today I have things to put in my unit and I cannot access it. Unacceptable. 5 days later. Still not working.
