Highly wouldn’t recommend this storage place to anyone… proceed with caution
If I could give a 0-start review I would... A non-profit that I'm associated with has rented a 10x15 unit at this location for YEARS. Our initial monthly rental cost has increased to 3x to 4x the initial cost with no explanation. Attempting to talk to anyone about this is a nearly futile. The automated phone system offers to connect you to the "location manager" which goes to a disconnected number. The only way to get a "real person" was to call and select the option to rent a new unit and then ask for customer service. When... read more
