Quite literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. There’s a girl who works in the front office that is so impolite and rude that it makes me regret ever putting my stuff here. I will never use this facility again. The price is fine, but the customer service experience makes it not even worth it.
Ms.Christina Davenport is so generous and helpful with my move in date and quotes. Answered every question in to detail about my storage size and pricing.She’s at a different store but still assisted me with the Germantown location Thanks again Ms.Davenport

Tiffany is great . Anytime I go she is politely, friendly and beyond helpful . She is definitely an asset and I appreciate her being there every time I go .
