The assistant at 745 S. Germantown Pkway, Cordova TN Public Storage facility was very helpful and efficient.
This location is in close proximity to us so it is a plus. Flat dollies are usually available but could be scarce on occasion. It is clean and sufficiently temp controlled. Overall, it is a good location. My main complaint is lack of owner/management action to properly and timely address a cooling condensation water leak which migrated to my unit (and others). I was really stressed out today and Tiffany helped me out so much, she really turned my bad day around
Tiffany has been a great help over the last 3 years!! I had to downsize to a smaller unit & Tiffany went above & beyond helping that happen!! I highly recommend the storage at Public Storage!!
