My experience was amazing I checked in on a kiosk machine which was much more simpler than I thought, plus the live operator was so awesome The unit that I got is so spacious and I still got room to put more stuff in it Overall I am very satisfied with Public Storage and will definitely recommend it to family and or friends Oh I forgot about the price, on point
I can today to pay my bill to stop my auction I owed about 200I had half cash and half on my card, but they have a kiosk, the manager won't let me pay in cash It almost like he wants to me to lose it to auction so he can keep it. Then he said I have to drive all the way to somewhere called sublett to pay but by then auction would be over and my stuff would be lost and he didn't say anything until after I did the credit card payment. Hate public storage!!!!
The place is dirty And every time that I try to contact custer service they never are available in chat or email or phone, I have to go to the place to solve the problem
