I'm giving one star because of the rats that damaged my property, and the insurance they have (Orange Door Insurance) gave me NOTHING. Filed a claim, and they told me they received it. But haven't heard from them since! The rats climbed into my 65' TV and damaged the whole thing, left droppings all over my couch and inside boxes, and ruined my $1000 lamps by biting off the feathers. There's no point in paying for insurance if they don't want to reimburse u for damaged property
Shun is the best customer service and organized professional with this location. Has helped me save money and right size the storage. Talk only to Shun. I have had storage with this location for nearly 10 years. Worth the trip...
I have had this unit for 9 years… They have always been good, but Shun is the best! She has always been helpful and attentive.
