Monique Monique Monique is the best of the bestest. She's at the Farmington Hills location. She'll go above and beyond to get a problem resolved. My unit door was jammed for 2 months. With many calls from my husband me over that time, nothing was resolved. But once Monique, a real got to the location, all was resolved. She really saved the day because we were getting ready to pack our stuff and haul out of that location. She was so compassionate and did want to lose a good customer.
