Qiara is the manager at this location and she is awesome she is incredibly helpful. She walks you through everything. She explains everything thoroughly. I’m super happy that I chose this location and she’s one of the main reasons.
Qiara was awesome. I had a problem at another location. She went out her way to fix the issue for me. I so appreciate her. Definitely give her a raise. She at Farmington location. She is very professional they need more customers service representative like her.

TLDR: Maintenance here is lacking and they will happily take your money for subpar service. Feels like it’s run by a private equity firm—cut costs to bare minimum and do as little work as possible. I already have a PS unit in another city so I thought booking a unit in Farmington would be easy with my existing credentials. It wasn’t.
