I needed the lock to my unit cut, and while I thought the process would be time consuming and frustrating, I could not have been more wrong. Qiara was quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and so pleasant to work with! Thank you, Qiara!
Unhelpful, dirty, always broken glass everywhere. Elevators barely work, no dollies ever or locked on first floor. Do NOT recommend.

DONT CHOOSE THEM. They raise your rates after you've been a loyal customer for awhile. My storage unit price has almost doubled!! Don't choose public storage. I recommend MINI U on Merriman Rd. I got a storage unit there long before public storage, and they still haven't raised my rate except maybe 20 bucks. I plan on removing my stuff from public storage and choosing elsewhere very soon. I'll probably just get a bigger mini u unit.
