Marti was amazing. She gave me heads up that we left a lock on our unit when we planned on vacating. Instead of billing us another month, she quickly helped us resolve our mistake and made sure to reach out to give us notice. Marti deserves a raise!
Walked in to complete registration for a unit expecting a kiosk experience. What I found was the very attentive and friendly representative Joseph. He answered all my questions in a professional manner and was very helpful.
I experienced great customer service and was overall satisfied with my moving/storage experience. I found the app very easy to navigate and use to open/close the gate. Also, when compared to other locations and competitors, the prices seemed very reasonable. The contract was clear and there weren’t any hidden fees.
Rates raised to $379 a month for a regular 10x20 unit. That’s ridiculous. Will be canceling . They start u out low at under $200 , then once you’re in they raise rates drastically because they know the inconvenience of moving it. It’s cheaper to pay a moving company to move you and move into a different storage unit company than to stay there. We are over it. Shame on you.
The property is well-maintained. I sought storage solutions for personal belongings, and Joe provided excellent assistance in addressing my inquiries. His expertise was highly valuable.
