Scott was amazing ! Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and actual cares about the customers. He followed up as well! So we are gonna get picket signs and Stan outside to get Scott a raise !

Wow, what happened to this place? Reviews from over a year ago are great but definitely not in the past year. And definitely not from my experience. First, why is the parking lot always full? It's always the same cars but I don't believe vehicle storage is offered at this location. Management must but taking payment for them. Second is access. My unit was on the ground floor, and the main lobby/entrance is on the 3rd floor. The elevator worked on move-in day but never since. In the meantime we had to use the emergency exit o... read more

I started renting in January 2025 at $319. By April it jumped to $462, and if I had stayed, they were planning to raise it again to $583. There’s almost never anyone in the office, flat carts are rarely available, and now the entire parking lot is packed—only two usable spots left, with the rest taken up by cars, trucks, and even boats. The quality of this place has really declined over the past year.

Been renting for over 10 months, elevator has been broken the entire time. Rent has increase by a ton.
