James is extremely helpful in getting us to select the correct size locker and helping us to understand the agreement. Without James we would have been a fish out of water.

Jennifer is the best, she is such a people person and shines a light that just brightens your day. She walked us around the whole place and helped us to decide on the right spot for us. We looked at several 5x5’s and a bunch of other sizes and she was very open to showing us many options. We booked on the spot and she was so gracious in helping us secure the reservation. Jennifer is the best thing this place has. If you come here ask for her!
