If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. I rented a unit here for three months and had an extremely disappointing experience. The office is rarely staffed, so you're usually forced to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Their advertised prices are misleading—you end up paying much more than expected. It’s clear that profit is their only priority, as the customer service is among the worst I’ve ever encountered.
Moving is a very stressful process. The unit that was sold to me was too small and Tina seen the distress on my face and assisted me with everything I needed. From taking me to view both storage units to getting me one that suits my needs she personally assisted me with no issues, not even having to ask! I have not had this kind of good customer service in a VERY long time and I am just so appreciative of her because she could have let me figure it out on my own but with her expertise she stepped in to save the day. 10/10 wi... read more
