Pésimo servicio, mi esposo tiene sus herramientas y máquinas guardadas en una unidad en ese lugar y la noche anterior de un trabajo grande que tenía fue a guardar sus cosas en su camión y estaba al parecer el manager y este le dijo que tenía 5 minutos para sacar lo que necesitaba, pero de una forma muy grosera y seguidamente le dijo que al día siguiente abrían a las 6 am por lo que podía ir a esa hora; sin embargo, mi esposo llegó a las 6 am y el lugar estaba cerrado y perduró cerrado todo el tiempo! Good job so far
I flew in from out of town to pick up some items, and put thme in the unit before I flew back the next day. Arrived at the property, no staff was on site (out on an emergency it turns out), I received my gate code via text. It worked on the gate, but not the elevator and building doors. It took a little bit of time but staff at another really bailed me out. Not perfect, but it got resolved in time for me to make my flight back out.

It worked on the gate, but not the elevator and building doors. It took me over three hours to get this resolved, basically ruined our dinner plans with some friends. Endless loops on the phone, no access to chat, kind of left in the lurch.
James is such a great property manager. Super courteous and a delight. Would easily consider storing here again for the unit but mostly for James.
