It was my first time trying to rent a storage unit, and I walked into both locations in Kaneohe and Keanu, the manager, was so helpful! He was so great and he answered all of the questions I had. I am renting from for a work unit and he was very understanding. He continued to help me every-time I came in to check if units were available.
