Lisa from the call center was RUDE! She hung up on me. I asked to clarify that I had to pay to reserve a unit without even being able to see the unit. She confirmed and when I said I thought it was weird that I have to pay for something dont know what it looks like, she hung up. I called back the following day and asked to speak to Keanu. He was WONDERFUL! Personable and helpful. It is because of him that we ended up renting a space. I would've given 5 stars for Keanu but Lisa dropped all the stars.
