Public Storage has been an easy, efficient, and friendly experience through and through!! Especially Donna who works at the front desk. She is courteous and helpful!!
At the start of the unit rental it was great but when I put in my cancellation well before my bill due date I was charged for this month when I cancelled it last month. I was sent an email stating my closing date and they acknowledged it but then billed me for the next month. If you have an account with them ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BILLING!!!
Great service and easy set up
Leina and Donna were so helpful and amazing. We came in to rent a small locker and ended up getting a 10x10. Thank you for taking the time to show us how easy it is!
The facilities are in great condition and convenient. The staff are particularly helpful and their service is great. Shout out to Adrian.
