My first experience wasn’t the best but I was dealing with a new employee that wasn’t familiar with the process and it was a lot of misunderstanding between both parties but I got a call from the property management and she was very polite and professional and cleared up all of my grievances I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for local storage options 5 star service, clean and secure location. Pono is the employee at this location that handled my reservation. He was friendly, very thorough, and was making sure that I knew how to use the code right and how to properly lock my unit. He is a great asset to your company.
